The privacy of clients personal information is strictly protected. Any personal information is not and will not be disclosed to any 3rd party at anytime unless prior consent is given.
Paws Across Town will not share or divide pet-care related visits with anyone else (ie. neighbor, friend, etc.) during your time away due to jeopardizing insurance and liability issues/guidelines.
Standard hours are 7 days a week 7 AM - 8 PM
All payments are due at the first day of service, or prior to. Payment in the form of cash, money order and personal checks are accepted. If paying by check, payment is due one week prior to first day of service.
It is the responsibility of the client to call upon returning home. If there is failure to make contact, visits will resume for the security and well being of your pet and any additional visits will be charged accordingly.
